Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster course pass wave 3 possible courses

Wave 3 of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster course is releasing for dlc and switch online expansion this holiday season.  The Rock Cup and the Moon cup will be adding including Merry Mountain from Mario Kart Tour and Peach Gardens from Mario Kart DS.  These two courses take up two out of the eight courses, so what courses could make an appearance in this wave?  Each wave has included one track from each game while featuring two Mario kart tour tracks, so this is how I will create the beast courses for the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

1.       Koopa Troopa Beach (n64)

Koopa Troopa beach is the third race in the Mushroom cup in Mario Kart 64.  This a great level because it offers many shortcuts which include the raising of the tides and making jumps.  With the underwater mechanic Mario Kart 7 remade this course for the 3DS and many players did not play Mario Kart 7, so they did not get to experience this track remake.  It would be wise for this track to be added in wave 3 because the remake already exists

2.       Wario Shipyard (Mario Kart 7)

Wario Shipyard made is one and only appearance in Mario Kart 7.  It is the second course in the Star Cup.  The course consisted of a ship boneyard and a majority of the course is underwater.  There are many ramps and pipes for players to take.  Underwater tracks offer a different element to the races which racers need to take into effect.  It would be good if Nintendo added tracks that have terrain changes and Wario Shipyard is a good one to fit that spot.

3.       Toad’s Factory (Wii)

Toads Factory is the fourth course of the Mushroom Cup in Mario Kart Wii.  This factory themed course offers racers the ability to crash into boxes and receive items.  This ability is featured in a few tracks in the game but could be used more.  This course has not been featured in any games other than Mario Kart Wii and should make its comeback in wave 3.

4.       Daisy cruiser (GameCube)

Daisy cruiser was first featured as the third race in the Flower Cup in Mario Kart Double Dash for the GameCube.  This cruise ship takes the player up and down to different floors around the yacht while adding the boats rocking affect.  Similar to Koopa Troopa Beach, Daisy Cruiser had a remake and was featured in Mario Kart 7.

5.       Mario Kart Tour Course

The structure pattern that the previous two waves had was that each new cup features a track from Mario Kart Tour.  One of them is already Merry Mountain which covers the snow terrain.  A terrain that has not been featured so far in this list is a city racetrack.  The best fit for this track would be the Los Angeles track.  This course focuses on the city and beach vibes.

6.       Yoshi Desert (GBA)

The final course to be added to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe should be Yoshi Desert from Mario Kart Super Circuit for the Gameboy Advance.  This track is the third course in the Star cup and has a desert theme, hence the name.  In this track there are quicksand zones and Piranha plants that the players need to dodge.  Like snow and underwater levels, the desert terrain changes the drive style because the tires and karts drive differently across different terrains.

You can download the third wave for the booster pack for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe this holiday season.  Which tracks do you want, and which ones would you prefer not making a return?
